Our Mission Statement

The Fourth District Coaches Association is an organization that promotes coaches' unity and professionalism for its membership. We provide activities for the coaches to attain these goals. We believe that coaches should be competitive when coaching their teams. We recognize that during the competition the other coaches are trying to do the best for their teams. After the competition we believe camaraderie within this elite fraternity is too important for coaches not to take advantage of.

The Association also promotes activities for the youth of our District and recognizes the importance of competition at all levels for both boys and girls. The Association knows that coaching is really about our youth and not about coaches as individuals.

The Association works very closely with our School Administrations to promote our youth. We could not accomplish anything without their support.
